Pros

The only thing l can think is that they pay always on time.

Cons

Favouritism or plain managerial incompetence. No chance of progresion .I don't know how they choose the people they hire. Clueless people hired instead of giving a chance to their own workers.

We have always promoted from within, and recently elevated a designer to a team manager position. Historically, internal employee progression depends entirely on possessing the necessary skill set (s). We always encourage individuals within our organization to reach out if interested in moving up, and taking on more responsibility, but it is also imperative the person in question be able to do the job, and/or be willing to level up if needed.

Pros

Awesome opportunity to work at a smaller company that is growing - a lot of people don't appreciate how valuable that is and what potential exists because of the company's size and how fast it is growing. It is definitely a work hard, play hard mentality at Chepri. In order to succeed, you must be willing to put in the work when it's needed (which is only sometimes, not all the time). You will not do well if you're looking to put forth only minimal effort. The teams are all really tight, and often socialize with each other after work and even on the weekends. Overtime, I've come to feel like my co-workers are some of my closest friends. Flex scheduling is nice. You can come in anytime between 7am and 10am, and then leave depending on what time you arrived. That can really come in handy if you have doctor's appointments, kids, things you need to get done or had a little bit too much fun the night before.

Cons

With the flex scheduling taken into consideration, being on time is very important. Also, attendance is huge. You don't want to be late or call off sick too often - especially if you are new. This should be a no brainer at any job, really, but some people will surprise you. Benefits aren't offered, but they should be soon.
