Pros

If one is in college, just graduated, looking to start their solution oriented career, or even looking for a change, Chetu can be a great fit. If one has a good a work ethic and strives for success in programming, sales, marketing, accounting or administration then Chetu is definitely worth looking at. I have worked in several different industries and have enjoyed my past work experiences. Chetu brings those experiences to a different playing field. I have never experienced a company culture that is collectively motivated to service people with excellence at all times both internally and externally. The shared goals of individuals is looked at closely because Chetu is willing to adopt your idea. This transparency makes it very easy to be thankful for a job, but truly happy that one has a career here.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
