Pros

I really enjoy working at Chetu. Everyone has been helpful and nice. They treat me with respect. The company benefits include a free health insurance plan, a 401K with a significant match, vision, dental, short-term and long-term disability, and more. The HR department also schedules fun and educational events. Chetu is an enlightened company because you can start your day between 6 and 9 a.m., allowing parents to take their kids to school and allowing risers to leave early in the afternoon.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about working at Chetu. They pay me a nice salary with great benefits. I am in the marketing department, and everyone has been very helpful. It is a quiet working environment. I come in and do my work; before you know it, it is time to leave.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
