Pros
Decent salary and bonuses. The hourly operators and maintenance personnel are top notch and will go out of the way to help you if you need something.
Cons
HR is less than useless. If you ask a question, they will talk all the way around it without ever answering the question -- Upper management encourages retaliation if you ask the hard questions. Management still uses forced ranking during evaluations so even if everyone in a dept is doing well, the Supervisors are required to rank someone or multiple employees depending on dept size as needing improvement. If you're given an assignment, heaven help you if you get sick and don't make the deadline -- you are likely to pay the price with your job.
