As a current employee, I'm very much enjoying my time at The Tite Group! It has given me great experience in a wide variety of areas (accounts/project management, creative, strategy) that I wouldn't have gotten at any other shop. Since it's a smaller team with a very creative approach to things, I have the opportunity to be flexible with the projects I get to work on instead of being stuck in one area. Furthermore, it's a fantastic team. It's definitely like a family: everyone is always happy to help each other out. Also, under our new president, there has been a big push to really solidify processes that are making everything better organized and better functioning. From official documents to new business, the team is much more informed than they ever have been. Best of all, the company culture supports and fosters everyone's unique skills and backgrounds. We're a bunch of creative weirdos who get to own our talents and use them in the best ways possible.

The growth of the company is TOTALLY overshadowed by the negative reviews on this page. I was hired during a transition phase and I'll be the first to admit it was a bit of a rough time. But with the new president (who is fantastic, driven and has done a really great job at listening and communicating with the team), so much has changed and developed for the better. Sadly, that's just not reflected by these past reviews. Also, yes, we do have benefits.
