Pros

CEO's LinkedIn posts make it sound like they care about people. That's just a way to get speaking gigs. Based on what he writes, I'd love to work there, instead of this agency. It feels like a liberal who talks about helping poor people and then doesn't pay their taxes. They have zero interest in people.

Cons

Formerly The Tite Group. The reputation around Toronto had gotten so bad they had to change the name. Look for new name in 2020.

Pros

Smart, enthusiastic juniors doing the heavy lifting Accessible transit

Cons

Lies, lies and more lies from management. No growth opportunities. It's all about the management, all the time. Not that anyone is clear on what management does, besides make loud, inappropriate jokes.

Not worth it at all

Pros

Overall, not many. The people who work here are smart go-getters whose talents could be much more appreciated elsewhere.

Cons

Working at this so-called agency is extremely boring. The agency is unable to secure new business and things are always really, really slow, to the point where everyone is either on Facebook or watching movies at work. You will also not be exposed to producing work in other creative realms other than opening up social media pages.
