Pros
I have been in staffing for over 7 years and I love the innovation this organization offers! I have been here for 9 months and I feel I have built some awesome relationships with my hiring leaders and have a good grasp on my role. My favorite thing from day one has been the "we become you" model as it relates to our partnerships. As the first line employees, we are never advertising Cielo, always our partner/client and I think that's wonderful. I also love the flexibility the remote position provides! A breath a fresh air compared to my last company. Cielo definitely offers more of a work-life balance than I was used to, and I love it!
