Limited opportunity for development in order to get those next level positions. Lofty goals that are sometimes unrealistic Stretching people's workload as far as they can - people get easily burned out.

This review really rings true for me; thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences. I also think the people we work with are pretty amazing, and with that can come high expectations, and I know we can always strive for better work life balance. I see you are a Sr. TAC, which is one of the most varied roles we have here, stretching across systems, process and continuous improvements that drive this company forward. I know a lot of the change we drive in this company comes from the innovation and leadership that the TACs provide to their teams. It’s such a unique role! However, I also know that when I meet with the teams to gather feedback, I hear from the TACs that while they love working with recruiters, that isn’t actually the career path they see for themselves, so I know we need to think differently about providing a path forward for growth. A lot of our work on looking at our models, how we support our clients and how our work works will hopefully start us down this path. Input from other TACs (potentially even you!) has shaped the way we are thinking about grouping teams, providing different levels of leadership and specialization. We have new teams forming this month and into Q2 that will hopefully shed some light on how a different career path is possible. That said, your comments about Internal Talent Acquisition are very concerning to me. We need to hold ourselves to the same standards our clients demand of us. We can do better, and we will. well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
