Our goal is to empower our people to own their success, and to give them the flexibility they need to create a sense of work/life balance. I know the workload can be demanding at times, but leaders should be working with their teams to help manage priorities and expectations. I’m sorry if that wasn’t the case for you. Account transitions do happen in our industry, and when they do, we do everything we can to assist our people in finding internal positions.
