They pay quite good for London standards but even with high salaries people are not willing to stay.
Cons
The fact that there are leaving drinks every Friday should already give you an image of the huge turnover this company has with people leaving the company without even securing another job first. The company culture is awful and so is everything else. This was honestly the biggest mistake in my career and i would not recommend this company to anyone.
