Pros

- Senior Leadership team is easy-going and approachable, always open to ideas and suggestions. My day sometimes started with a lovely chat with our CEO in the kitchen. :) - Colleagues are very friendly, always getting so much fun from working in the office. - Wellbeing programme is great. For example we had our mybodymytemple in Feb which was to bring our attention to the dimension of physical wellbeing. We shared pictures of healthy food, doing workouts etc in the channel. - Working from anywhere programme is definitely fabulous!

Cons

I can't think of any cons of working at Cin7, I enjoy every single day here. Only thing may be the pool table is not big enough that I always hit the cue ball in?

Pros

The CEO is incredibly approachable and stays connected with employees across all levels of the company. Leadership demonstrates a deep understanding of the product, and the CEO is highly engaged with both customers and partners—constantly leading and coaching the team toward a unified mission. The Support team has made significant strides in enhancing the customer experience over the past year. Leaders are hands-on, supportive, and successfully drive key company initiatives without compromising on culture or service quality. Product feedback from customers and partners is truly valued. The company actively listens, adapts, and pushes to stay competitive—consistently raising the bar with new features and improvements.

Cons

There's room for improvement in our tooling and automation—streamlining workflows further would boost efficiency and scalability.

Pros

You can gain experience working with difficult egos and bad attitudes. You can learn to operate in a pressure cooker if that’s your thing. High pressure, no rewards.

Cons

Leadership talks a lot about support, transparency, and culture, but it’s all for show. Employees are left to struggle alone while impossible promises are made to clients and internal teams. When things fall apart, blame is pushed down to frontline staff. Toxic behavior is tolerated, work-life balance is nonexistent, and PTO is punished. Don’t be fooled by the positive first impression—this place will drain you and discard you.
