2yThanks for your feedback. We appreciate your perspective and agree we could always improve on communication. We just had all of our Field Service team and Sales team in from all over the country and a big focus was on improving communication. We also activated a new recognition program on Paycor to increase our feedback but are looking for other ideas to improve the environment. Thanks for taking the time to let us know how we are doing.
