Pros
Staff Benefits - free films/ discounts Managers and coworkers - if you on with a good set of people then the shift is enjoyable and can be fun. The managers I had were all really nice and were very approcable. You rotate around on different areas and are not always doing the same stuff everyday.
Cons
Everything breaks down and promised refurbishment never comes. COREHR is a complete and utter joke. It doesn't work. CoreHR managers your rotas, holidays, days or anything that is hr related and it messes up with people's pay. Cineworld are also making cutbacks on the amount of supervisors and managers they have. A good old classic of trying to fix something that isn't broken.
