Toxic culture, lack of visibility from management, boys club, 1/3 of the staff does nothing and get's paid double what the rest of us made, contributions are not recognized unless they are in service to the largest accounts, favoritism of staff for commission (people would be assigned to book loads for a number of small accounts and wouldn't have access to booking loads for bigger accounts so right off the bat they were screwed out of commission, say theres 2 carrier reps, 1 books 300 loads for a bunch of small accounts with no profit margins, doesn't make any comission. The person sitting next to them was assigned to book for a large account, books 200 loads and makes $20K comission that month. Makes no sense.) Unspoken understanding that if you arent working at least 50 hours a week you are lazy.
