      If you fall in the right team, the people are really nice. The general approach of the company is employee friendly. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      With certain managers the working experience can become very negative.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
