Dear Former Colleague - Thanks for your feedback. We have taken the opportunity in many of these reviews to highlight the positives of the Citco work experience and exposure in the Halifax office as well as others. Management is actively looking at the work load, working hours and resources to bring more balance to that ratio. In regards to your comments about pay - we would remind staff that Total Compensation at Citco is more than base salary. In addition to OT pay and discretionary bonus, we offer a generous benefits package and leave policies. Additionally there are other benefits including a Tuition Reimbursement policy for supporting employees pursuing such designations as a CPA or CFA.
