It is not a secret that we love to hire recent graduates and believe that we are great place for employees to start their career. Being accredited with the CPA makes it easy for employees to get their hours for their designation. I also appreciate some of your comments around our limited opportunities for upward mobility. This had been a common theme at Citco and so we have recently launched a program called MyCareer which makes it a lot easier for employees to be promoted within the organization.
