      Pros

      Very informal corporate culture. Ability for staff on all levels to be proactive and show initiative. very competitive salary and benefits compared to competitors. Management is very knowledgeable and willing to listen to staff

      Cons

      long working hours lack of communication about the direction of the company in general Many functions are not fully automated

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
