      Pros

      there is room for growth. Hours aren't as bad as they used to be. A lot of the people are pretty nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Getting more and more bureaucratic. Much more breakdown in labour. You learn a lot less now than you used to. Management is very single focused on the bottom line.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
