      The money is decent and there is free beer after 5pm

      Cons

      The stress and pressure is unreal. Noone has your back. HR, your managers, your colleagues...its an every man for himself/herself company.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
