      I love my job in citco. Very laid back environment. I am working with a very good client. Health insurance is good. Benefits are industry standard.

      Cons

      They could be better on the internet growth and performance bonuses.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
