      Team is approachable and easy to talk to No Micro management Results driven Can manage your own time (shifting) but not to such extremes Supportive Management Exposure to not only 1 area (IT + QA + Change Management etc) Great feedback from Managers Career Progression Allowances Pantry! Events Tech Talks

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
