You have to work most of the weekends and attend the mandatory meetings with top management/sales team and entertain him. No work life balance and many people are leaving the company. There are some 5 star fake reviews, be careful. Some key roles are filled by people from the same family. No job security. In one year, company has fired a lot of people without even notice including technical and non technical staffs. No productive work. Everything is repeated works to please people. Nobody is willing to speak out the truth about the company . Those who tried to speak are getting terminated. Company is marketing inflated numbers since the clients are not willing to pay. Most teams are acting as a puppet to implement only those works that management suggests. Company will always treat you like enemy once you stop working for people . Policies keep on changing without even getting notification. There are some good colleagues, knowledgeable. But if the pressure continues they will also leave the sinking ship
