This is a Ridiculous Company - Anonymous employee Claimatic Employee Review

This is a terrible company with terrible management. The CEO is delusional and extremely unprofessional. He bad mouths other employees behind their backs. He crosses the line by communicating his personal life problems as well as information about his employees that should not be disclosed. He has no clue as to what he is doing and changes the direction of the company about every week leading to confusion and frustration. He is his own worst enemy as he micro manages everything and won't get out of the way when employees are attempting to make progress. Because he believes he is an innovative genius, he has no clue that his product is old news. He doesn't understand the competitive landscape and where his product fits as he does zero competitor analysis because he doesn't think he has any. To top it off, he is always bragging about how rich he is. If you are a glutton for punishment, this is the place for you!
