Pros
Clark Construction Group are great builders. They build relationships with the community through new development and philanthropy. They build relationships with the employees and give a sense of family, even in such a large company. They build monumental projects with their outstanding reputation.
Cons
Clark Construction Group requires long hours with little compensation, the balance between family/life and work weighs heavy on the work side. The promotion process is inconsistent and sometimes inaccurate. They continue to hire Office Engineers, in hopes that the mistreatment of the "older, more expensive" Office Engineers will leave.
