Pros
They are concerned when you work too much. They don't want you to work more than 60 total hours a week during busy season. (Though it does happen and the busy seasons are longer due to the Not For Profit work). There is a stocked snack room, fridge(s) of drinks, and coffee makers on every floor for the employees. They are very good about paying for and providing CPE opportunities for all levels of staff.
Cons
The health insurance benefit packages are expensive for families. The 401K match and profit sharing are really low as well.
