Pros
Great team, encouraging team leads, decent benefits, WFH
Cons
Pay is very low. People in industries like insurance or financial advising who start off with 0 and build their book over time know what they’re doing getting into it. Maybe they live with their parents or have someone to help them feel supported. After the tough beginning they can reap benefits. Here, it’s a combination of grit and luck. Your pipeline resets quarterly. The pipelines are usually old and are hit non stop by people and rotated through. I respect the hustle of calling someone, but if after “x” amount of calls you’re not getting someone, you move on and come back down the road. The amount of micromanagement and systems that are in place in order for you to get your records is completely unnecessary. We do 2 weeks of training we might as well learn an efficient way to run a pipeline where the management can trust us to not burn through every single lead instead of this mess that ends up burning leads anyway. Maybe then more people would be hitting the “big” numbers which is 65k+ and depending on where you live that may just seem average. This company also has a *subject to change vibe and they exercised that several times while I was there
