Pros
Wow, I’m really surprised and confused by that last review. The U.S. business is currently thriving. We're working directly with global, big name, clients and our offices are filled with exceptionally talented people. To say it’s a boys club is almost laughable considering over 75% of the U.S. business is made up of women. The overall culture is strong and feels like family. We work hard but also make sure to play hard by celebrating as a team at the end of a long week. To thrive here, you will need to take ownership of projects and run with them. Every employee is held to a high standard, whether they’re junior or senior, so there is very little hand holding. This can be intimidating for some, but at the end of the day, it allows you to take ownership over your work and play a significant role in solving business and brand challenges. The hands on experience you receive here is invaluable and sets your career up for success.
Cons
There is no structured process for internal operations which can make everyday, basic tasks, time consuming and sometimes frustrating.
