Pros
- HR helps their VAs with their struggles, although it takes 1-2 (sometimes more) business days but understandable due to the remote setup. - Training is provided for the basic skills for being a virtual assistant. - Access to free skills and information for other skill set, applications and softwares, that are not applicable for your current job/client, but could be used in the future. - Higher management is very supportive and responsive.
Cons
- Current salary is below the minimum. Saw their updated minimum offer on LinkedIn with the same position as mine but it is evident they have increased the offer salary. - As mentioned they are supportive to their VAs BUT they value their clients more, which is unfortunately understandable as it is what makes the agency run. Whatever their clients say, they do, to the extent of compromising their VAs' engagement.
