Pros
The people are nice at least. Maybe some potential in their niche if they knew how to run a business.
Cons
No structure whatsoever. Too many inexperienced people making decisions. Company thinks the business world is the wild west and they can make dodgy decisions without consequences. Don't follow their own data policies and are not trustworthy. Leadership is very lacking. Oblivious to their own internal issues. No more than a stepping stone if you are interested.
