      Poor leadership, lie to clients about data policy, bad decisions

      Pros

      The people are nice at least. Maybe some potential in their niche if they knew how to run a business.

      Cons

      No structure whatsoever. Too many inexperienced people making decisions. Company thinks the business world is the wild west and they can make dodgy decisions without consequences. Don't follow their own data policies and are not trustworthy. Leadership is very lacking. Oblivious to their own internal issues. No more than a stepping stone if you are interested.

      Pros

      - Very much a hustle culture. - Freedom to make decisions and drive company culture. - CTO Active and attentive

      Cons

      - Limited advancement for growth - They have adopted a Galectico mindset whereby hiring 'best' talents instead of promoting within. - Toxic work culture - team India work all hours of the day with limited reward or acknowledgement from management. - We had product feedback sessions but nothing we needed was ever completed from a client side. - Asking for a raise with them was like trying to negotiate in a bazar once you show you are leaving only then they see the value that you bring!
