Trauma bonding with coworkers who are in the same dumpster fire as you are which is outside of the cult like inner circle.
Cons
Toxic Culture: Click Here Digital fosters a toxic culture built on an immature premise of popularity. Being a "yes man" and sucking up to upper management is more valued than genuine problem-solving and creating improvements. Lack of Work-Life Balance: There is absolutely zero consideration for work-life balance at Click Here Digital. Taking time for yourself is frowned upon and negatively impacts your perception of work and value to the company. The company encourages 60+ hour work weeks with very little compensation or benefits, and there's absolutely no overtime pay. Unrealistic Workload: If you excel at your job, don't expect to be rewarded with fair compensation or recognition. Instead, you'll be burdened with even more work and responsibilities with little to any justification in terms of salary. Ineffective Upper Management: Upper management is a joke at Click Here Digital. They're more focused on endless & pointless meetings and discussions than taking real action to address issues within the company. The burnout rate and turnover among employees are extreme, yet they've never actually "pulled the trigger" to alleviate these known issues. Narcissistic CEO: The CEO exhibits classic narcissistic traits and surrounds themselves only with "yes men." Dissent or constructive criticism is not tolerated, creating a stifling work environment. Inexperienced Management: Management positions are a joke, with promotions based more on popularity than merit. This is further perpetuated by one managers who used a "snap jar," highlighting the lack of experience and value in leadership roles. The only merit they consider for these roles are those who can parrot or echo the agenda of the CEO. Those who are in Upper management are only there because they have excelled in this because it can greatly facilitate your integration into the company's inner circle. Misplaced Priorities: Click Here Digital prides itself on its culture, but in reality, it's more of a cult mentality that perpetuates toxic behaviors and attitudes within the company. False Good Reviews: Part of your job onboarding process is to leave a good review within your first week and to have your family and friends leave good reviews. The ones that appear to hold merit are written by upper management to hedge the truth of the bad ones.
