We are very sorry to hear about your experience at ClimateWorks Foundation. We appreciate all of our employees (both current and former) and value their feedback. Having a positive work environment and culture is of great importance to us and I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations.
You raised a number of points in your review. Regarding issues of equity, we have been diligently working to center DEI/JEDI in our culture over the past few years, including investing in training, systems, and processes to ensure all staff are treated equitably. We also recently hired a new Chief of Equity, Justice, and Culture who will help us continue this important work.
