Working at Cloudbeds has been the best experience of my life, and every day I am grateful for this company. First, the Cloudbeds CULTURE... it's outstanding. How a remote environment can feel like a close-knit family amazes me. After three years, I still get excited to start my day. It's more than just passion; it's the freedom and responsibility I have in my role. It drives me to be my best. I make a difference and am part of something meaningful! Also, Cloudbeds has shown me the power of an inclusive and diverse workplace - being in this united environment means so much to me. The opportunity for PERSONAL GROWTH! Right out of the gates, my learning & development were fast-tracked with amazing mentors, servant leadership, and a tightly bonded community that wants me to succeed. I started at Cloudbeds with limited experience in sales but have had the opportunity to grow immensely. I am proud to say I have had four promotions in less than four years - hard work pays off here! My TEAM - or should I say, my work family. I feel lucky to be surrounded by so many genuine people every day. And even in a remote world, I feel very connected with my team. I also highly value the transformational leadership all around me. It's an outstanding balance, and I appreciate leadership creating a consistent culture of trust and accountability. REMOTE - this aspect has changed my life for a few reasons. 1. More time with family and friends living around the world. 2. I have an ideal work/life balance. 3. I get to travel while working! 4. My health and overall wellness are prioritized :) The MISSION is close to my heart. I love everything about travel and how it can enrich a person's life story. Travel changed my entire mindset, and I want others to experience new cultures, traditions, and beautiful landscapes. I am happy knowing I help hoteliers grow their businesses and create unforgettable travel experiences. CONFIDENCE in our direction. I trust we will continue to pave the way for hospitality tech. Our growth is awe-inspiring, and I seriously can't get enough. It starts from the top - Adam and Richard, our founders, have a vision, and I am confident we will execute it.
