Unprofessional, no sense of direction and demotivating. By far the worse company I ever worked for. Problems: Process changes almost every month Management has no experience Laughable decisions Very upset customers leaving every week

Thanks for leaving us a review! We value being a remote-first employer giving the flexibility our employees need to balance both work and life. Cloudbeds is a company where one of our constants is change. With that being said we do work to consistenly improve processes to better serve both our employees and customers. Additionally, we are working on a leadership academy to continue to develop our current and future leaders. We encourage you to reach out to the People team to share additional feedback you may have!

Don't bother

Pros

I genuinely can't think of many, the only pro that could be considered is the flexibility and remote policy. If this is the only thing that you are looking for, then go ahead and apply to join the company. however, if you value more than this, then honestly don't bother.

Cons

- Absolutely no benefits!!! They call remote work a benefit which is nowadays offered by most companies. - Very low salaries - Given the inflation, there is no approach or initiative to adjust them. - No equipment to work with, and they do not mention anything about laptops until you join. Don't be surprised as apparently, it is a Bring Your Own Device Policy - There is a lot of favoritism and not many opportunities to grow. - The department is a mess and things are changing constantly. You go away for three days and a new department is created. - Goals and KPIs make no sense and are not realistic given the high price of the product and the different markets. - There is a lot of talk about the Company Culture, but there are no initiatives from the company to encourage this and no team-building events whatsoever. - The open holiday policy is none existent.

We really appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback. We do not and will never stand for any sort of favoritisim. If you feel you have experienced any incidents of discrimination please reach out to your regional HR manager. In regards to compensation, we are currently working to review our salary bands across each position and region to make improvements where they are needed. There are a number of people-focused initiatives we have in the works that will help continue to strengthen our company culture. We'd love to hear from you directly. Please reach out to your designated HR Manager to provide more feedback.

Pros

Remote work followed by some great colleagues

Cons

There is a complete lack of benefits and investment in your career and training. The organisation lacks strategic views and refuses to invest in sales, marketing, and partnerships. As such, market managers must do an SDR, account executive, and marketing and develop partnerships with digital organisations. They also refuse to invest in the new business segment, focusing on old-school tactics such as cold calling and door knocking, and they have a hyper-focus on activities. Any inbound leads and contacts go to a separate team. Due to the lack of support, pips are extremely common. I would advise against joining due to the lack of a sales culture and toxic workplace.
