Pros
Great resources, mostly good team players with a handful of people that are difficult to work with. You get what you put in as far as working hard and seeking out resources. Don’t expect to have your hand held but if you ask for help proactively you will do very well.
Cons
Work life balance can be a challenge with working from home and very demanding goals. Lots of new processes have been put in place that have helped make working here a lot better than when I started. Major con is a very rigid promotion schedule.
