- Verbal discrimination
- Unrealistic expectations
- Blatant favoritism
- Obvious attempts at reputation management
In my experience, the culture here is toxic and exhausting.
Verbal discrimination showed up as “jokes,” dismissive remarks, and disrespectful language that created a hostile atmosphere. When concerns were raised, the response was often to downplay it, shift blame, or act like people were being “too sensitive,” instead of enforcing basic professionalism.
Expectations are consistently unrealistic. Deadlines and workloads are set without regard for capacity, and the goalposts move constantly. You’re expected to deliver at any cost, and if you push back with reasonable constraints, it’s treated as a lack of commitment rather than normal planning.
Favoritism is obvious. Opportunities, visibility, and consequences aren’t applied consistently — they depend heavily on who you’re aligned with. Some employees, despite being hired to work in support are more focused on tasks that don't concern support in the slightest. This undermines trust, kills motivation, and turns the workplace into politics instead of performance.
If you’re evaluating the company, don’t judge by the average rating alone—read a range of reviews and look for repeated issues described in detail.
