Pros
I’ve worked at the Taxback Group for 3 years now. It’s evident in the day to day business how much they care about the staff. There’s always something going on, be it nights out, increasing our benefits such as healthcare, or free meals on site. The team are fantastic and management seem really open to change. As soon as something is suggested it’s implemented, which makes us feel that our opinions count which is really important. In my experiences my managers have been both flexible and approachable, new ideas are really appreciated to keep the business at the top. Loads of free parking and minimal traffic. Taxback group has been named a Great Place to Work for the last few years and I can honestly say it really is.
Cons
None really, if I were to be picky, I would like to get paid on the same date each month, eliminating the dreaded 5 week months! It would also be great to see a standard salary scale implemented
