Pros
The product is really cool and could change the diagnostics game . Great work/life balance. The majority of people are great.
Cons
They are still in startup mode and have no revenue. Funds are running thin. Communication is very poor, most of leadership are in positions because of family/friends network. It is a messy org structure and dynamics due to M&A. The leaders who are really running the company have a hard time decentralizing or not being in control. The culture doesn't hold anyone accountable and the blame game is pretty common. It has a pretty big employee turnover problem due to many factors. The chaos, fire fighting, lack of experts, turnover and poor leadership is really the story here. 1 major player who is a chaos generator, and cant handle the truth.
