      There’s nothing good about Co-Dx.

      Cons

      The worst part of Co-Dx is senior leadership. Thoughtless, ignorant, rude. No vision.

      Great projects and flexibility, but leadership struggles

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, developing products that can have a real impact, interesting development projects, and a unique primer technology. Science and engineering staff are great.

      Cons

      Executive leadership doesn't do a great job managing and handling projects. I don't feel they are good at predicting developing timelines, which causes problems.
