CLS do not care about clients or staff - Case Manager Co-op Legal Services Employee Review

Senior leadership do not and will never care about their employees. You are purely just a number as are the clients that they deal with. Total lack of empathy from both case managers and senior leadership whilst dealing with bereaved clients. Work life balance is non existent, expecting employees with no legal background (and a lack of good training from the company) to manage an ever growing case load that can reach up to 120 cases at once. Co op as a company are fantastic but I could not recommended co op legal services any less if I tried. The management structure of CLS is completely toxic and has a head of department that cannot comprehend constructive criticism without getting defensive and rude to their underlings.
