I just wanted others to know that the reason why there are so many positive reviews is because management requested certain employees to post reviews and rate the CEO high. As you can tell by the reply to any negative reviews they are managing their reputation which is not something you need to do if you are actually a great company to work for.
I have never worked for a company with such bad benefits. PTO doesn't roll over from year to year, hire people as temps to perm so can delay benefits by six months (90 day temp time + 90 waiting period once actual employee), to cover a family medical was $1500 a month, large disparities in pay depending on which manager likes you better, little to no training or support to do your job. Majority of the leadership team has been there for 10+ years but not because it's such a great place to work but rather because none of them have any education in the field they are in and know they couldn't get similar positions at other companies. 1% 401k match billed back to property owners. If your property manager doesn't like you watch out you will get fired. Worst IT department things constantly breaking and takes forever to be fixed.
