Pros
At Coca-Cola HBC (Italy) you will never get bored. The working environment is open minded and challenging. There will always be room for people who wants to get their hands dirty and who are good at working in team. It is a constantly learning environment and gives a lot of opportunities to its people to learn and grow.
Cons
Coca-Cola HBC Italy offices are just drowning into projects. Most of them seems to be unmanaged, or just got lost along the way. There is a complete lack of a fixed set of priorities. It seems business strategy is just too weak and it appears to be a mere reactions to past or upcoming events.
