Pros
Flexibility, they understand family life so it's a place where you want to work harder, longer when needed as you know/feel you get it back.
Cons
From my experience in field sales it's easy to just stay in a position long term. For an example I'm a sales rep for 12 years. I've changed areas and channels but still pretty much same position and money.
