You can consider this job as a first step into a career in this industry, nothing more

Cons

Their culture belong to the 19th century, the office in Amsterdam is hugely sexist and dirty minded, if you're a female you will definitely have some problems there. The CEO is forcing people to vaccinate or leave the job, you can't work from home unless there's a lockdown while all other companies are allowing hybrid work. The market is getting smaller and the product they sell if very old fashioned and expensive and they still insist they are the best in the market when they can't accommodate any requests for their customers because they have such a basic product and don't add any updates or new technologies to their product offerings.

Chill manager, decent base pay, cool work location

Cons

The work is highly monotonous, repetitive, and mentally draining. The expectations feel unrealistic, especially given the lack of effective tools, training, and meaningful support to help employees reach quota. The environment feels less like a career path and more like a high-pressure survival job. Success appears heavily dependent on having an established book of business built over many years, which puts newer employees at a major disadvantage. The monthly quota pressure creates constant job insecurity, which is exhausting and unhealthy. Having your job feel at risk every single month makes the culture feel punitive rather than motivating.
