      Stuck together with chicken wire and glue Their product cannot do what it needs to do for basic UM Manual processes left and right with no automation in sight Senior leaders are clueless

      Pros

      The support of the team lead and supervisor were great. Remote work. Provided hardware with tutorials for new users of MacBooks.

      Cons

      I believe more training time should be had as most people only had 1-2 weeks of training before you were on your own. Had to constantly be on camera, unless you were in the bathroom, break, or on lunch.
