      Literally wish I could give one. The room support is the only good thing about this place

      ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY! The pay is less than working flipping burgers. Never mind the fact that the communication ISNT THERE!! They expect the world out of you and only keep people who kiss butt and honestly don’t have any drive so they can just have robots. They let people go with no communication and expect you to be fine with it and then want you to print labels and return equipment WHEN NOBODY EVEN TELLS YOU YOURE DONE!

      Pros

      The support of the team lead and supervisor were great. Remote work. Provided hardware with tutorials for new users of MacBooks.

      Cons

      I believe more training time should be had as most people only had 1-2 weeks of training before you were on your own. Had to constantly be on camera, unless you were in the bathroom, break, or on lunch.
