Pros
Initially free ice cream for employees. However they soon changed that to non free ice-cream but ice-cream with employee discount. Nice ice cream Decent work-experience if you would like to work in an ice cream shop Throwing ice cream balls across the kitchen as a performative art could be fun You get to see people smile when they eat ice cream
Cons
For this role you would be standing a lot, hence not really good for people who are physically unfit. Scooping of ice cream can be tough if you are physically unfit as some ice cream require a lot of strength for it to be scooped. Not much work progression available
