Working freelance with CollegeAdvisor.com has been one of the most rewarding roles I've had outside of my full-time job. I honestly can't think of any major drawbacks, aside from the fact that some students are more challenging than others, which is completely expected. Each student progresses at their own pace, and it may take more time for some to fully develop their skills and confidence. However, this is all part of the process, and it's rewarding to see them grow over time.
