      Pay and benefits are very competitive. Company is on an upward trajectory. Management while demanding about results enabled folks to succeed.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be difficult to achieve. Hours run long. Relationship with corporate HQ and local leadership can get contentious

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
